Methodology
Our services are directed to providing results that will lead you to creative and effective solutions and to becoming a Breakthrough Thinking and Smart Questions Organization. The Guiding Principles are used repeatedly through all phases of a real project.
It starts with an awareness that after having profiled your situation you want to do something different than muddling through. The fourth of the process phases is a living solution...a picture of a system that you can create now but will move you toward the more ideal future solution. Your strategy is how to get from where you are (your current situation) to your living solution.
Once you have attained your living solution you apply continuous improvement by re-examining your purposes. This important methodology is portrayed in the following iterative spiral representation:
