Leadership for The Center for Breakthrough Thinking is centered in the Management Committee. The Management Committee:

• Organizes educational workshops
• Initiates product research and development efforts
• Facilitates the Breakthrough Thinking Community
• Coordinates the Center's consulting and educational activities

The Breakthrough Thinking Community is a world-wide community of practitioners and scholars committed to advancing the Center's methodologies.
