A Different Take on Systems Thinking

We recently gave a presentation to a group of training and OD people on systems thinking. Despite the work of Argyris, Senge and others, which has been widely discussed, many were unaware of the concept. There was a real "aha" when we showed them the hopper diagram. The concept of the systems matrix made a big hit as they saw how it could help them thoroughly understand their systems. Here is a link to the PowerPoint deck that accompanied the presentation.
